Our team handles routine upkeep and minor repairs in-house, with trusted vendors on call for anything larger, and we keep emergency plans in place so your home is protected when the unexpected happens. Our cleaners and vendors are held to the same standards we hold ourselves to, which means your property is cared for at the highest level during every check in, every stay, and every turnover before the next guest arrives.

WHERE WE WORK
We manage short term rentals in four places we know by heart. Bloomington is where I grew up, a college town full of charm that grew up around the historic university. Brown County is home to the beautiful state park, wooded hills, cabins, and small towns that feel like a step back in time.
New Albany is our home, where we are raising our family, with a thriving downtown of shops, restaurants, and local breweries, and the Ohio River Greenway for walking, running, and biking. Jeffersonville is a thriving small town with an up and coming
downtown, right across the river from Louisville, Kentucky.
About Us
We are Joseph and Laura Sauer. Laura has lived in New Albany her whole life. I grew up in Bloomington and have called Southern Indiana home for 30 years. We are raising our children, Amelia and Finn, here, and we started this company here with our first short term rental.
We love serving people. Laura spent years serving the people of Floyd County. I have served people in many ways, most recently as a cardiac nurse for nearly a decade. Those experiences taught us how to care for our guests, our owners, and their homes.
We work with a small number of owners across Indiana on purpose. This lets us know each owner well and give each home the personal attention and care it deserves. We see every owner as a partner, and we build that relationship to last.
