The Big Four Bridge connects downtown Jeffersonville to Louisville, and more than a million people walk or bike across it every year. Big Four Station Park sits at the foot of the bridge, next to a downtown of restaurants, shops, and the NoCo Arts District.

Schimpff's Confectionery has been making candy on Spring Street since 1891. The RiverStage hosts free concerts on the Ohio River every summer.
